Great workout
I ordered this from the kettlenetics website and had no problems.
This workout is amazing. I could see results within my first week of training. It particularly increases strength of your grip, shoulders, thighs, and especially core strength.
The workout can be done at several levels of difficulty, so you can progress as you get stronger.
Do not buy Kettlenetics
I ordered from Kettlenetics website and they sent me 2 complete sets even though I only ordered one. I called their customer service which is obviously in India and it's impossible to understand them. They wanted me to pay the shipping to ship it back even though I didn't order it. I demanded that they send me a prepaid shipping label and 5 weeks and many phone calls later I'm still waiting for the shipping label. Then yesterday, my Visa card was compromised on line and that was the card I used for Kettlenetics. They are a major rip off!!!! Steer clear of them if you know what is good for you.
