BEST WORKOUT DVD OUT THERE!
I purchased this DVD to use at home on days when I cannot get to the gym. I felt more results in 20 mins than I have after being at the gym for an hour! Jillian definitely delivers. But follow her advice and start at level I. I was so sore the day after I started this that I had to go down the steps on my butt! Definitely worth the money! And mine shipped to me in 2 days (with ground shipping) If you want to feel results quickly, this the way to do it!
great 20 minute workouts
This workout is only 20 minutes- but there are three levels. I love how it is set up to do strenghth, cardio, and abs. I can really feel it working!
Great workout
This workout video did not disappoint. I like how each workout is made up of 3 sets of 3 mins strength, 2 mins cardio, and 1 min abs. It gets your heart rate up even at Level 1. Jillian is motivating did a great job to provide a challenging workout for beginners to advance.
